Confirm before ordering

Please confirm model, load capacity, fork dimensions, battery and charger configuration, operating environment and access requirements before ordering.

No trial-use returns

We do not offer voluntary trial-use or change-of-mind refunds for equipment that has been used, put into service, damaged, modified, or is no longer needed. Unused-equipment return requests require prior written approval; approval is not automatic. Do not send equipment back without return instructions. This restriction does not remove remedies required by law.

Wrong, damaged or faulty equipment

Contact MapleLift promptly with your order number, model/serial number, photographs and a description. Stop using equipment where a fault could make continued operation unsafe. We will assess the issue and explain the applicable repair, replacement, return or refund process. Requests for photographs or assessment do not replace your mandatory rights.

Preorders and cancellations

Equipment is supplied to order with an estimated lead time of approximately two months. Agreed supply and delivery arrangements are confirmed for your order. Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Any order-specific cancellation costs or restrictions must be disclosed and agreed before payment and apply only where lawful. If we cannot supply an order, or a refund is required by law, we will provide the applicable remedy.

Freight and refunds

Free local pickup is by arrangement in Mississauga. Delivery freight is quoted and paid separately before dispatch. Responsibility for return freight is confirmed for the particular issue, subject to applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible; bank and payment-provider posting times vary. We will confirm the refund amount and action date.
